Dr. Viraj Patil

Dr. Viraj Patil is a seasoned research scientist with extensive experience in the field of chemistry. Currently serving at Amar Chemistry Pvt Ltd since March 2021, Dr. Patil previously held the position of Senior Research Scientist at Coherent Pharmaceuticals from July 2018 to February 2021, where responsibilities included the synthesis of API intermediates and leading a team of chemists. Prior to that, Dr. Patil worked as an Associate Scientist at GVK BIO from July 2017 to June 2018, focusing on R&D projects, scale-up of target molecules, and method development. Dr. Patil holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Organic Chemistry from Savitribai Phule Pune University, where the academic journey spanned from June 2011 to March 2017, along with a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry obtained from the same institution between 2008 and 2010.
