Felicia Shelburne

Felica Shelburne joined NJ Bio as Director of Human Resources. In her role as Human Resources Director, Felicia is responsible for implementing the department operations to adhere to organizational policies and procedures, communicating between company executives and management to ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations, and recruiting top talent for NJ Bio. Felicia has a diverse work background in healthcare, corrections, mortgage, and finance. She is a Human Resources Professional with 10 years of experience in multiple human resources specialties. Felicia obtained a Master of Labor and Employment Relations (MLER) degree and a B.S. in Labor Studies with a Human Resources minor from Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
