Cala Carmella Dibernardo

Carmella DiBernardo has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Carmella started their career at Berlitz Corporation in 1998 as a Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In 2000, they became an HR Generalist at QuadraMed, where they worked until 2006. Following that, they joined Sunrise Senior Living in 2008 as a Business Office Coordinator and gradually climbed up the ranks to become a Regional Human Resources Coordinator. From 2015 to 2022, they held the role of Regional Human Resources Manager at Sunrise Senior Living. Currently, they are employed at New Jersey Hospital Association as the Senior Director of Human Resources.

Carmella DiBernardo, CALA, holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management and Employee Relations from Rutgers University, which they obtained in the period between 2008 and 2012.
