Tricia Rhine

Tricia Rhine, MSSL, PCC, is a seasoned leadership coach and consultant with extensive experience in organizational development. As the Founder and Certified Leadership Coach at True Ascent Coaching & Consulting, LLC, since December 2019, Tricia has focused on leadership development, employee engagement, and change management. Currently, Tricia serves as a Senior Organizational Development Consultant and Business Partner for the Port of Seattle, a role held since April 2017. Previously, Tricia was the President and Founder of R&M Development Associates, LLC, providing health and safety consulting from 2008 to April 2018. Tricia has also held various consulting positions in organizational effectiveness at Providence Health & Services and the University of Maryland, Saint Joseph Medical Center, as well as leadership roles at Providian Financial and AT&T. Educational qualifications include a Master's in Strategic Leadership and Psychology from the University of Charleston - Mountain State University and a Bachelor's in Business and Management from the University of Phoenix.
