Jens Christian Dreyer is engaged in general commercial law and is rendering advice especially concerning mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, drawing up of contracts, and real estate.

In addition, Jens Christian Dreyer is assisting a number of growth businesses/investors in raising capital/investment of capital, and he has extensive experience in negotiation of agreements in this connection.

Jens Christian Dreyer has been stationed in Sweden, at the Swedish firm Kansas/Fristad in Malmö, where he built up a legal department and rendered advice to the group’s subsidiary companies in 25 countries. Jens Christian Dreyer has also international experience from the American law firm Martensen/Wright in California, where he assisted Danish companies with the set-up in the USA and assisted in connection with cross-border transactions.

Furthermore, Jens Christian Dreyer is a member of the board of directors of several companies, and he conducts both arbitration cases and court cases.
