Lotte Hagelberg-Willendrup has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, beginning as a Studentermedhjælper at Politiken from July 2003 to August 2006, where responsibilities included handling incoming calls and emails from subscribers. Following this, Lotte served as a Trainee at IKON Office Solutions from September 2006 to September 2008, acquiring skills in accounts payable. Lotte continued to develop professionally at Ricoh Denmark A/S, first as a Servicekoordinator from 2009 to May 2011 and then as an Ordrekoordinator from May 2011 to February 2018, focusing on contract management, order entry, and customer inquiries. Subsequently, Lotte worked as a Service Desk Agent at KYOCERA Document Solutions Danmark from October 2018 to August 2020, and as a Customer Service Assistant at Advanced Bionics from September 2021 to March 2022.
