Marianne Sørensen

Marianne Sørensen is a certified insolvency lawyer and specialises in insolvency proceedings and restructuring as well as debt collection. Marianne has extensive experience in dealing with companies in crisis. In this context, she emphasises effective case management with a focus on value creation for clients and creditors, as well as understanding the impact the specific situation has on those involved.

Marianne serves as a permanent trustee and is a member of the Danish Debt Collection Agency’s panel of trustees.

In addition to insolvency law, Marianne deals with commercial law, including consulting and drawing up contracts. In this context, she deals with employment law and litigation. Marianne has appeared before the Supreme Court and has extensive experience in appearing in court.

Marianne is responsible for NJORD's department in Brædstrup. She lives in the Brædstrup area herself and, therefore, has good local knowledge.
