Mark Dicker

Mark Dicker serves as the UK & Belgium Fleet Manager at Njord Offshore Ltd. since March 2014, where responsibilities encompass marine operational and safety expertise, strategic management and planning of marine assets, budget oversight, contractor negotiations, and maintaining key performance metrics for clients. Mark also leads initiatives in Continuous Improvement, client liaison, vessel chartering, crisis management, technical management, and human resources, including crew training and HSE inspections. Prior to this role, Mark worked as Captain & Engineer for Sy Whisper, managing a £1 million budget and leading 25 crew members, and previously progressed rapidly from entry-level to Captain at the age of 24 while managing three yachts valued at approximately €15 million. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Portsmouth.
