Ahmet Akdag

Ahmet Akdag is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of the Paratransit Division for the County of Passaic, overseeing transportation services for seniors, disabled individuals, and veterans. As the Executive Director of the Middle America Impact Network, Ahmet focuses on rebuilding the American middle class in urban communities through entrepreneurship. In addition, Ahmet co-founded a minority woman veteran-owned business, T.N.D Trainings and Marketing, and serves as a General Consultant for the NJSBDC, specializing in business startups and e-commerce. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Smart Logistics, Aide to Passaic County Commissioner Orlando Cruz, and Principal Consultant & Owner at Styremont. Ahmet also held the position of Field Director for the Passaic County Democratic Committee and gained experience in logistics operations at Ottomanson Inc. Academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Government from Harvard Extension School and attendance at Ramapo College of New Jersey.
