Matthew Hartman

Matthew Hartman is an experienced professional with extensive roles in law enforcement, security, and consulting. Currently, Matthew serves as an NCAA Basketball Official and Operations/Resiliency Consultant while also officiating basketball for the NJSIAA. Previously, Matthew held the position of Police Captain at the Pleasantville Police Department, overseeing various programs, and served in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces member during Operation Enduring Freedom. Additional experience includes leadership roles in EMS and SWAT operations, complemented by a certification as a Force Analyst from the Force Science Institute and participation in the New Jersey Association of State Chiefs of Police Command and Leadership Program.
