Will Eastman

Will Eastman has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Will is currently serving as the Chief Development Officer at NJY Camps. Prior to this, they held various positions at Sunrise Association, including Director of American Friends of Sunrise Israel, Director of Community Engagement, and Executive Director of Horizon Day Camp. At Foundation for Ethnic Understanding, they worked as the Executive Director. Will also served as an Aide to Mayor Cory A. Booker at Booker Team for Newark and as a Policy Intern at the City of Newark. Additionally, they founded and led Rutgers Shalom/Salaam, a community organization dedicated to bridging cultural gaps. Will also worked as a Resident Advisor at Rutgers Residence Life, responsible for creating inclusive communities and enforcing policies.

From 2009 to 2012, Will Eastman attended Rutgers University, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
