Cherine Chan

Cherine Chan is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in corporate accounting and management. Currently serving as Executive Director and Corporate Controller at Nkarta, Inc., Cherine has previously held senior positions including Senior Director, Corporate Controller at ChemoCentryx, and Controller roles at CardioDx and Verseon. Cherine's career also includes a tenure as Director of Accounting at RMS. Academically, Cherine holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular & Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA in Accounting from California State University - East Bay.
