David T. Madden

David T. Madden, PhD, is an experienced program management executive currently serving as Executive Director of Program Management at Nkarta, Inc. since October 2020, following roles as Director and Associate Director of Program Management within the same organization. From April 2018 to October 2020, David held the position of Program Manager II at BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc. Prior to this, David contributed to academia at Touro University California as an Associate Professor and Assistant Professor from June 2009 to March 2018. David's academic background includes significant roles at the Buck Institute for Research on Aging as an Adjunct Assistant Professor, Visiting Staff Scientist, and Postdoctoral Fellow from May 2003 to March 2018. David earned a PhD in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley, and a BA in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from the University of Oregon.
