Priya Vadarevu

Priya Vadarevu has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Priya started their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at Reliance Industries Limited from July 2012 to June 2013. Priya then worked as a Process Engineer at the same company from July 2013 to September 2014.

In 2016, Priya joined Syracuse University College of Engineering and Computer Science as a Graduate Teaching Assistant from July 2016 to December 2016. Priya gained valuable experience in teaching and assisting students during this time.

From February 2020 to July 2020, Priya worked as a Co-op at GSK, where they gained practical experience in the field.

In 2017, Priya joined the University of North Carolina at Charlotte as a Graduate Research Assistant from January 2017 to August 2021. Priya focused on conducting research and assisting in various projects during their time there.

Currently, Priya is employed at Nkarta, Inc. Priya started in August 2021 as a Scientist and was later promoted to the role of Scientist II in January 2023. Their current role involves scientific research and development.

Priya Vadarevu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Nirma University in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, from 2008 to 2012. Priya then pursued a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering at Syracuse University from 2015 to 2017. Following that, Priya attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Nanotechnology from 2017 to 2021.
