Raymond van Es

Raymond van Es is a seasoned professional in data science and artificial intelligence, currently serving as Principal and Practice Lead at Milliman Benelux since December 2020. With extensive experience, including roles such as Chief Analytics Officer at Ortec Finance and Director of Analytics at ORTEC, Raymond has a deep expertise in advanced quantitative modelling, analytics, and machine learning. In addition to leadership positions on various supervisory boards, including NKC Europa's grootste camperclub and Univé Stad en Land, Raymond contributes as a lecturer in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Educational credentials include an MBA from IMD and a Master’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Delft University of Technology, alongside several international programs focusing on corporate governance and strategy.
