Nils Bolender

Nils Bolender has worked in various financial roles throughout their career. Nils currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at NKD Group since October 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Financial Officer International Unternehmensgruppe ALDI Nord at ALDI Einkauf SE & Co. oHG, Unternehmensgruppe ALDI Nord from January 2021 to October 2023. Nils also served as the Managing Director Finance & Controlling at ALDI Nord from April 2019 to January 2021. Before joining ALDI, Nils worked at KION Group in different roles, including EVP Corporate Controlling, Head of Corporate Accounting & Tax, and Head of Corporate Accounting & Insurance. Nils began their career at PwC Ireland as a Manager in Assurance & Business Advisory Services and later worked as a Senior Associate Auditor at BDO Ireland. Overall, Nils has a strong background in financial management and control.

Nils Bolender's education history includes completing a Transition to General Management program at INSEAD in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Chartered Accountant degree from Chartered Accountants Ireland between 2000 and 2004.
