Raphaël G. Ognar, MBA MSc

Raphaël G. Ognar, MBA MSc, has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical and biotech industry, particularly in the fields of oncology and hematology. Raphaël G. is currently the CEO & Co-Founder, Chairman of NKILT Therapeutics, a position they have held since July 2021.

Prior to their current role, Ognar served as the Senior Vice President Global Oncology/Hematology and C&GT Solutions at Alira Health, starting in March 2022.

From January 2018, Ognar was the CEO & Founder of ANIM8 LLC, where they provided executive consulting services in the areas of pharma/biotech, digital health, and C-suite management.

Between October 2018 and October 2021, Ognar held multiple roles at 360Medlink Inc, including Non-Executive Board Member, Executive Vice President & Chief Commercial Officer, and Senior Vice-President Marketing & Strategy.

In September 2020, Ognar briefly served as the President & CEO of Invectys Inc. (USA), where they utilized their strategic and operational expertise to lead the company's cell therapy and immuno-oncology unit.

Before that, Ognar held various positions at Medimix International as the Head of Oncology & Hematology Strategy and Business Development Partner, from May 2018 to September 2020.

Ognar's earlier experiences include working at Bristol Myers Squibb as the Lead, Strategy & Analysis (Executive) from January 2016 to January 2018, and at Celgene as the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy and Director, Corporate Strategy from June 2013 to January 2016.

Raphaël G. also worked at Novartis Oncology, starting as a Brand Manager in October 2003 and progressing to the role of Global New Product Strategic Director (& Life Cycle Management) from April 2009 to June 2013.

Ognar began their career at Coloplast, where they held the positions of Brand Manager Continence Care and Assistant Brand Manager Continence Care from September 1998 to September 2003.

Raphaël G. Ognar, MBA MSc, has an extensive education history. Raphaël G. began their studies in 1992 at the Université de Bordeaux, where they obtained a Licence in Biologie Cellulaire & Moleculaire in 1994. Following this, they pursued further education at the same university and earned a Maitrise in Physiologie - Neurosciences in 1994. In 1995, Raphaël G. Ognar continued their academic journey at the Université de Bordeaux and completed a DEA in Neurosciences & Neuropharmacologie in 1996. Finally, they attended IAE FRANCE - Écoles Universitaires de Management and obtained a DESS in Marketing & Business Management, completing their education in 1998.
