Joana Serafin

Joana Serafin currently serves as Head of Ecommerce & Performance Marketing at nkm Naturkosmetik München GmbH since August 2023. Previously, Serafin was the Managing Director and Co-Founder of MICARAA Natural Cosmetics from August 2020 to June 2023, a company dedicated to sustainable and vegan beauty products. Prior experience includes serving as Managing Director Beauty at Bonstato GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed product development, supplier management, and influencer marketing strategies. Earlier roles included Brand Manager focused on Amazon FBA at Bonstato, Social Media Werkstudent at Agroup Marketing GmbH, and Category Management werkstudent at stylefruits GmbH. Serafin's education includes a Master's in Luxury, Fashion and Sales Management from the International School of Management and a Bachelor's in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg.
