Christian Winberg

Christian Winberg has extensive experience in HR IT, data reporting, and operations. Christian has held various director-level positions in companies such as NKT, Demant, Carlsberg Group, Coop Danmark, KMD, LEO Pharma, Dako A/S, Saxo Bank. In these roles, they have been responsible for managing HR IT teams, implementing and developing HR technology solutions, and overseeing compensation and benefits. Christian has also been involved in recruitment, HR legal, and administration. Overall, Christian Winberg has a strong background in driving HR strategies and implementing HR systems in global organizations.

Christian Winberg attended Kalundborg Gymnasium from 1986 to 1989, where they obtained a Studentereksamen degree in Matematik/Kemi. Christian then enrolled in the Engineering College of Copenhagen from 1991 to 1996, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Export Engineering.
