Hans J. Gronau

Hans J. Gronau has extensive experience in leadership and operations management, currently serving as Vice President Industrial for Business Line Accessories and Vice President Site Lead NOR at NKT since August 2017. Previous roles include Managing Director of Operations MV & Strategic Procurement and Director of the Accessories Plant at NKT. Prior to NKT, Hans worked at Clariant from October 2014 to July 2017 as CPS Operations Change Leader and Project Manager for Engineering in High Temperature Resins, among other roles, and from 2008 to 2014 as a Production Engineer and Trainee. Early experience includes internships at Volkswagen Group China and Shanghai Volkswagen. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn, two MBAs in Manufacturing Management from Zhejiang University and Leuphana University of Lüneburg, and a Master of Laws - LLM in Wirtschaftsrecht from Fachhochschule Nordakademie Elmshorn.
