Maurits Smalt

Maurits Smalt is a seasoned professional in the high-voltage cable and offshore wind industry, currently serving as a Commercial & Tender Manager at NKT since January 2023. With previous roles at NKT including Installation Proposal Manager, Tender Coordination Manager, and Vessel Engineering Lead, Maurits has extensive experience in managing EPCI tenders, optimizing tender engineering processes, and leading multidisciplinary teams. Prior experience at ABB as a Marine Engineer and at Primo Marine as a Junior Engineer and Graduate Intern complements a solid educational background, including a Master of Science in Offshore and Dredging Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, both from Delft University of Technology.
