Staffan Sandberg is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contract management, commercial sales, and project management across various industries, including cable manufacturing, electronics, and telecommunications. Currently a Sr. Contract Manager at NKT since June 2022, Staffan provides contract, change, and claims management support for large cable projects, focusing on risk identification and mitigation. Before this role, Staffan served as a Sr. Commercial and Tender Manager at NKT Cables Group, overseeing sales opportunities and leading tender teams for offshore wind projects.
