Dashai Thompson

Dashai Thompson currently holds the position of Program Assistant for Talent Strategies & DEI at the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce. Previously, Dashai served as the Vice President of NKY NAACP for Boone County, where the focus is on ensuring equality and eliminating racial discrimination. With experience in family support, administration, recruiting, and diversity training, Dashai has a background in various industries. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Human Services at Indiana Institute of Technology, Dashai also holds an Associate's degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections from Beckfield College-Florence.
