Pankaj Kanwaria

Pankaj Kanwaria is an experienced professional in the field of information technology recruitment and customer service. Currently serving as an Information Technology Recruiter at NLB Services since August 2022, Pankaj manages the recruitment life cycle for clients in the US, collaborating closely with recruiting leads. Prior to this role, Pankaj worked at Concentrix as a Senior Executive, addressing customer queries and upselling products. Pankaj began a career at Wipro as a Relationship Manager, gradually advancing from an associate to a Senior Associate, where responsibilities included resolving customer issues and training new team members. Pankaj holds a Master's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from Indira Gandhi National Open University and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce (Hons.) from PGDAV College.
