Kateryna Kurochka

Kateryna Kurochka has extensive experience in human resources and operations. Kateryna is currently the Head of HR and Operations at TurnKey Labs since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at MyHeritage from November 2019 to September 2021.

Earlier in their career, Kateryna held various roles at Tonic Health Ukraine, starting as an HR generalist and then transitioning to become an HR Manager. During their time there, they played a key role in supporting the company's growth from 30 to nearly 100 employees.

Before joining Tonic Health Ukraine, Kateryna worked as a Customer Relationship Manager at Alltech, a global animal nutrition company. In this role, they provided support to the sales team, organized product deliveries, and handled accounting tasks.

Kateryna Kurochka attended the National University of Life and Environmental Sciences of Ukraine from 2006 to 2011, where they earned a Master's degree in Management of foreign activity. In 2017 and 2018, they participated in the Human Resources Management Mini MBA Program at the School of HRM by Anna Vlasova in Kyiv. In 2019, they completed a program at HR Global Pro based on the SHRM competency model.
