Paul Chmura

Paul Chmura has a strong background in the insurance industry, with their most recent role as Vice President of Marketing at NLC Insurance Companies starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Allstate, where they served as Sales Director and Regional Sales Director from 2018 to 2021.

Before joining Allstate, Paul held various leadership positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, including Managing Director of Commercial Insurance Strategic Services, where they led the development and implementation of transformation initiatives. Paul also served as Regional Vice President at Liberty Mutual from 2007 to 2011.

Earlier in their career, Paul was a Regional Vice President at The Hanover Insurance Group from 2001 to 2007. Overall, Paul has demonstrated a strong track record of leadership and strategic planning in the insurance industry.

Paul Chmura holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Western New England University, which they completed in 1995. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from the same university in 1988.

In terms of additional certifications, Paul has obtained various certifications throughout their career.
