Sandra Lammerding

Sandra Lammerding is currently the Lead Legal Counsel at NLC. Sandra previously served as the General Counsel at Synvina from April 2018 to September 2019 and as Lead Counsel DSM Biobased Products & Services at DSM from April 2013 to March 2018.

Sandra has extensive experience in advising management teams on all corporate and commercial legal matters. Sandra is skilled in reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts, particularly those with strong technological and intellectual property components.

Sandra Lammerding has a civil law degree from Leiden University and a Master in law from Uppsala University. Sandra also has a certification from the NVP Academy in Venture Capital Legal Advanced Training.
