Yolanda Aartse is an experienced business coach and entrepreneur with a diverse background in real estate and coaching. Currently serving as a business coach for ZZP'ers at Yolanda Aartse BusinessCoach voor ZZP'ers since January 2016, Yolanda also holds the position of team coach at nlgroeit, where responsibilities include guiding entrepreneurs in growth planning through the Groeicollege initiative. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Yolanda has held various roles including self-employed real estate agent at VIP makelaardij and Yolanda Wiebenga Makelaardij, and has contributed to the sale of numerous new construction projects. In addition to entrepreneurial endeavors, Yolanda acted as an ambassador for Platform Zelfstandige Ondernemers (PZO-ZZP) between October 2020 and December 2022, engaging in advocacy for self-employed individuals at governmental levels. Op 13 januari 2016 is nlgroeit gelanceerd: een publiek-private samenwerking tussen het Ministerie van Economische Zaken, NLevator en de Kamer van Koophandel. Doelstelling van dit initiatief is om het groeivermogen in het midden- en kleinbedrijf in Nederland te vergroten.
