Dale Bruns

Dale Bruns is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in financial analysis and reporting. Currently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst at nLIGHT since June 2019, Dale acts as the finance point-of-contact for the Diode Laser business unit and Corporate R&D, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, accruals, and the administration of the Planful tool for planning and reporting. Prior to nLIGHT, Dale held several positions at XPO Logistics, Inc. from October 2004 to November 2018, including Manager of Corporate Reporting, where responsibilities included expanding BI reporting and building real-time dashboards for financial analysis. Previous roles also encompassed managing an IT Finance team, serving as a senior IT financial analyst, conducting financial audits, and producing external financial reports. Dale began the career as a Financial Intern at M Financial Group and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Washington State University.
