Jess Mineo

Jess Mineo currently serves as Vice President of Operations at nLIGHT, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Jess held various leadership positions, including VP of Operations Excellence at Ivy Technology and Operations Integration Manager at Celestica. Jess also served as Director of Operations Excellence and Global Account Director at iQor, where responsibilities included program launches and account management for a major global consumer electronics client. Earlier experience includes roles as Business Unit Leader/Interim Director of Operations at Jabil, overseeing operational and financial performance, and as Operational Excellence Manager and Program Manager within the same organization. The career began at Masisa as an Inventory Analyst/Purchasing Agent. Jess holds a BA in International Business from the College of Charleston.
