William Oelrich

William Oelrich is an experienced journalist and broadcaster, currently working as a Freelance Journalist for BBC Radio Coventry & Warwickshire, BBC Radio Northampton, and BBC Radio Three Counties since October 2021. In addition to this role, William serves as a Station Assistant at NLive Radio since September 2023. Previous positions include Videographer for Northampton Town Football Club from September 2021 to May 2024, Flash Quote Reporter for the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games during July to August 2022, and Radio Presenter at NLive Radio from September 2019 to March 2022. William also held the position of Head of Social Media for Northamptonshire Titans from September 2019 to September 2021. Academic qualifications include a degree in Multimedia Sports Journalism from the University of Northampton, expected to be completed in May 2024, and an Extended Diploma in Multimedia Journalism from Northampton College, completed in 2021.
