Elena Nezhelskaya has extensive experience in HR and performance management at NLMK Group. Elena also has experience in budgeting and energy production. Elena completed their education in management and business administration at Lipetsk State Technical University and Voronezh State University. In 2011, Elena participated in an internship under the Presidential Program in Norway.
