Karina Ogloblina

Karina Ogloblina currently serves as the Head of School for leadership programs at NLMK Group since March 2022. In addition, Karina has been the Team Lead for adaptation and executive programs at ООО СИБУР Corporate University since January 2021, and holds the position of Chief Expert at ООО СИБУР Корпоративный университет since June 2019. Previous roles include Chief Specialist at АНО Корпоративный университет Сбербанка from August 2017 to June 2019, Leading Specialist at the same institution from June 2016 to August 2017, and Business Trainer at Societe Generale Insurance from June 2012 to June 2016. Karina obtained a Specialist degree in English or French as a second or foreign language from Kaluga State University between 2005 and 2010.
