Korik Alons

Korik Alons is the founder of nlmtd and the owner of Spark Improvement, both established in 2018, specializing in accelerating strategy execution and innovation for organizations. Previously, Korik served as a senior manager at Accenture Strategy Consulting, leading teams in strategy development and execution for large corporations, and held various roles at Accenture Innovation Awards, including program manager. Korik's experience also includes significant positions as a strategy manager and consultant, focusing on overall strategy and process improvement in multiple industries. Additional roles include chairman of Oud Okeanos, initiator and board member of Stichting de Acht, researcher at AMC Medical Research, and presiding officer at Studenten Roeivereniging Okeanos. Korik holds a Master of Science degree in Business Mathematics & Informatics from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
