Veronica Diaz

Veronica Diaz is an experienced UX/UI designer and team lead with a diverse background in user experience and front-end development. Currently serving as the UX Design Team Lead at NLP Logix since September 2021, Veronica previously held senior design roles at First Service Credit Union, where a redesign of the membership application led to a 10% increase in conversion rates, and at Blindster, where responsibilities included website redesign and digital marketing material creation. Earlier roles involved managing development teams and conducting user research at Decode Digital Marketing, contributing to the redesign of HIPAA-compliant websites, and collaborating closely with design and marketing teams across various organizations, including Keller Williams Realty and ADV Films. Veronica holds a Certificate in Web Development from The University of Texas at Austin and a degree in Communications with a focus on Media Production from the University of Houston.
