Sharon Tan

Sharon Tan is a seasoned biotech consultant currently with Tangram Development Solutions, LLC, where the focus is on collaborating with biotech companies to convert strategies into actionable plans aimed at accelerating drug development. Sharon holds significant leadership roles, including Head of Program Management and Strategy at NLS Pharmaceutics AG and previously Vice President of Program Management at Garuda Therapeutics. Expertise spans program leadership in clinical oncology and gene therapies, with a history of successfully guiding assets through early to late-stage clinical development. Sharon also has experience in strategic project management at Enzyvant and Genzyme, supporting clinical, regulatory, and CMC strategies for rare disease treatments.
