Erika Humby Freiman is an experienced professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Finder of Good People at NLS Executive Search since January 2024. As Managing Director of The Good Egg since January 2012, Erika focuses on consulting, recruitment, and career coaching. Previous roles include Director of Human Resources at Capital Recruitment Group Ltd, where Erika managed HR consulting across Hong Kong, PRC, Singapore, and Japan, and Principal Consultant at Carmichael Fisher, leading the HR desk in Hong Kong.
