Clement Mwinuka

Clement Mwinuka is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in audit, risk management, and financial consulting. Currently serving as a Board Director and Chairman of the Board’s Audit Risk and Compliance Committee at NMB Bank Plc since September 2022, Clement also holds the position of Senior Management Consultant at the Centre for Management Excellence UK, starting in November 2020. Previous roles include Director of Internal Audit and Risk Management at SADC Secretariat and various auditing positions across multiple organizations, including the Roads Fund Board Secretariat and Tanzania Petroleum Development Corporation. Educational credentials include an MSc in Economic Management and Policy from the University of Strathclyde, as well as numerous qualifications in accounting and auditing from reputable institutions in Tanzania.
