Mindy Bass

Mindy Bass currently serves as Senior Vice President of Compliance at Nationwide Mortgage Bankers, Inc., since September 2022. Prior to this role, Mindy held the position of Vice President of Quality Control at InterContinental Capital Group, Inc. from December 2014 to November 2022, where the focus was on quality control and compliance. Mindy’s extensive career in the financial sector also includes a tenure at Sterling National Bank from May 1992 to November 2014, during which time Mindy was appointed Assistant Vice President.
