NMBZ Holdings Limited is an investment holding company. The Company's principal subsidiary is NMB Bank Limited, which is engaged in commercial and retail banking. The Company's segments are Retail banking, Corporate banking, Treasury, International banking and Corporate Finance. The Retail banking segment covers individual customer's deposits and consumer loans, overdrafts, credit card facilities and funds transfer facilities. The Corporate banking segment covers loans and other credit facilities, and deposit and current accounts for corporate and institutional customers. The Treasury segment is engaged in money market investment, securities trading, accepting and discounting of instruments and foreign currency trading. The International banking segment handles the foreign currency denominated banking business and manages relationships with correspondent banks. Its other subsidiary is Stewart Holdings (Private) Limited, which is an equities holding company.
