Kate Hoffmann

Kate Hoffmann is a highly experienced nursing professional with a progressive career spanning several decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Group Chief Nurse at NMC Healthcare since March 2021, Kate has overseen significant healthcare operations within the largest private healthcare company in the UAE. Prior roles include Group Chief Nurse and Director of Nursing Services at Aspen Healthcare, Matron and Director of Clinical Services at Spire Healthcare Group plc, and various nursing leadership positions at BMI Healthcare and Spire Healthcare Group plc. Additionally, Kate has been a faculty member for ALS EPALS under Resuscitation Council UK since May 1998. Kate's educational background includes A Levels from Lady Eleanor Holles School, a Registered Nurse degree from Nightingale School of Nursing, and a Master's degree in Healthcare Education from Sheffield Hallam University.
