Niels Christian Felumb

Niels Christian Felumb has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on formulation development and pharmaceutical product development. Niels Christian has held various roles in different companies, including NMD Pharma A/S as the Director of CMC starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at LEO Pharma A/S for eight years as a Senior Manager in Pharmaceutical Product Development, where they led a team in developing solid and semi-solid formulations for small molecules. Before that, they worked at Novo Nordisk as a Sr. Research Scientist and Sr. Formulation Scientist, specializing in oral formulation research and development. Niels Christian has also held leadership positions at GEA Pharmaceutical A/S/PharmaZell A/S, Sandoz A/S, and Hexal A/S, where they managed pharmaceutical development activities and successfully completed multiple development projects. Niels Christian began their career as a formulation scientist at A/S GEA Farmaceutisk Fabrik. Felumb obtained their Ph.D. from Danmarks Farmaceutiske Universitet in 1997.

Niels Christian Felumb attended Borupgaard from 1986 to 1989. Niels Christian did not receive a degree or specialize in a specific field during this time.

From 1990 to 1995, they studied at Danmarks Farmaceutiske Universitet, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.Sc. pharm.) degree in Pharmacy.
