Hassan Khalifa

Hassan Khalifa has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Hassan served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at the National Marine Dredging Company, where they led the organization's strategic planning process and transformation to a high-performance culture. Prior to that, they worked as the Group Human Resources Director at Dubai Properties Group, where they implemented a competency management framework and drove organizational change. Hassan also served as the Regional Human Resources Director at Ericsson Company, the Country Human Resources Director at PepsiCo, and the Human Resources Manager at Aramco Trading.

Hassan Khalifa holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management, General, which they obtained from ECS (European Communication School) from 2004 to 2006. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Political Science from Cairo University, where they studied from 1975 to 1978. In addition to their degrees, Hassan also has certifications in various areas including business and leadership excellence assessment, chartered fellow-advanced diploma, and executive leadership development.
