Nasser Ali

Nasser Ali is an accomplished Civil Marine Director with extensive experience in managing EPC projects and significant expertise in contractual negotiations, project control, and stakeholder relationship management, currently at the National Marine Dredging Company since January 2006. In the role of Operations Manager since April 2018, Nasser has effectively led project teams to achieve objectives while ensuring client satisfaction. Prior experience includes serving as a dredging engineer at Amoudi Group in Yemen and a reclamation area manager at The Arab Contractors, where responsibilities encompassed project planning, resource identification, and execution of dredging operations. Nasser holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Chifley Business and dual Bachelor's degrees in engineering from Suez Canal University and the Faculty of Engineering at Suez Canal Authority.
