Deborah Phipps

Deborah Phipps has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the business and engineering sectors. Deborah began their career at ARCO Chemical as a Senior Technical Sales Representative, where they covered the mid-west region. In 1986, they joined W.R. Grace as a Technical Sales Specialist and remained there for three years. Deborah then moved to Atofina in 1989, working as an Account Manager for over a decade. In 2001, they transitioned to ILC Dover, where they initially worked in New Product Development before becoming a Project Engineer for Space Inflatables. Finally, Deborah joined nMetric in 2006, where they served as a Business Development Specialist, managing marketing campaigns and lead generation.

Deborah Phipps pursued their education at the University of Delaware from 1973 to 1979, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Textile Chemistry. Later on, from 1994 to 2000, they attended Widener University and earned a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Business.
