Cheryl L. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in materials and process engineering, currently serving as the Materials & Process Engineer Manager at NMG Aerospace since July 2022. Previously, Cheryl held the position of Lead Materials & Process Engineer at Collins Aerospace - Landing Systems for 15 years, where expertise in materials, chemical processing, and coatings was developed for military programs. Earlier roles include Plant Chemist at Arrow International, overseeing the development of a premium water-based ink, Quality Assurance Manager at NSL Analytical Services, Inc., managing product quality for high-stakes industries, Operations Manager at Aetna Plating, where operational oversight and troubleshooting were key responsibilities, and R & D Engineer at Precision Castparts Corp., contributing to the design of a pilot plant for titanium powder alloy processes. Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Engineering, and Physics from Baldwin Wallace University, complemented by education at Cleveland State University and Lorain County Community College.
