Dale Youngs has extensive work experience in the aerospace industry. Dale started their career at BFGoodrich Aerospace as a Product Engineer, where they provided engineering support and designed hardware for aircraft evacuation systems. Dale then moved to Boeing as a Senior Design Engineer, responsible for design engineering activities for the 777 airplane's escape systems. Dale joined NMG Aerospace as a Product Engineering Manager, where they implemented engineering department procedures, oversaw new product lines, and managed documentation control. Dale later served as the Director of New Programs & Engineering, overseeing the development and management of new product programs. Dale then became the VP of Engineering and Technology at NMG Aerospace, responsible for planning and directing the organization's product development policies and objectives. Dale was also the Site Leader for a startup division in Colorado Springs, managing production, quality, engineering, and purchasing roles. Currently, Dale is the VP of Technology at NMG Aerospace, focusing on improving engineering processes and policies to increase efficiency across the organization.
Dale Youngs obtained a Project Management Certificate from Baldwin Wallace University in 2001. Dale then pursued an MBA in Operations Management and Information Systems from Kent State University's Graduate School of Management from 1995 to 1999. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Arizona State University from 1981 to 1986, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Aeronautical Engineering Technology.
