Jessica Runyan, PHR, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over a decade in various HR roles. At NMG Aerospace since August 2016, Jessica serves as a Human Resources Project Manager and previously held positions including Human Resource Generalist and Human Resources Manager. Responsibilities have included recruitment activities, staffing coordination, and advising on personnel policies. Prior experience includes roles as a Human Resources Assistant at Columbus Zoo, where Jessica conducted job fairs and managed employee surveys, and as a Resident Assistant at Capital University, focusing on mentorship and community building.
