Director Of Manufacturing Engineering at NMG Aerospace

Randy Estel has extensive work experience in the engineering and continuous improvement field. Randy started their career at B & C Research in 1985 as an Engineering Manager, where they held the position for over 22 years. In 2008, they joined NMG Aerospace as a Manufacturing Engineering Manager and later became the Engineering Manager / Director of Continuous Improvement. In these roles, Randy focused on implementing lean practices, training employees, and leading the continuous improvement efforts. Randy then served as the Director of Engineering, overseeing all manufacturing engineering activities and projects. Currently, Randy is the Corporate Director of Continuous Improvement at NMG Aerospace, where they are responsible for setting the strategic direction and ensuring future growth and development of the lean culture within the company.

Randy Estel has a diverse education history. In 1992, they earned an Associate degree in Mechanical Engineering from Stark State College. Following this, they attended Kent State University from 2000 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology. Randy later pursued further education at the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. In 2014, they completed a program in Management, and in 2015, they obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification from the same institution.
