Before their roles in the hospitality industry, Alejandro worked as a Marketing and Sales Coordinator at Ole Tours Hawaii, where they managed group tour operations and developed marketing campaigns. Alejandro also worked as an Assistant Manager of Marketing and Sales at Soltur, where they managed co-op partnerships and supervised staff.

Alejandro began their career as an intern at Avon, where they provided support to the sales and advertising departments and conducted market research.

Alejandro Moxey attended the University of Colorado Boulder from 1996 to 1998, studying business. Alejandro then transferred to Hawaii Pacific University, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing between 1998 and 2000.
